• They rested in God’s sovereignty. They believed that God was at work behind the scenes , in ways we don’t see right away, for his glory and our good.  
• They thrived because God was at work granting favor in the hearts of others.
• And they thrived because God gave them special abilities for the time and situation they were in.

• Trust God’s sovereignty in our hardships & seek to learn from them. God is at work behind the scenes - for his glory and your good.
• Pray for his favor in the community & relationships where we live & minister. God is at work in the people around you.
• When we deploy the spiritual gifts God has given us in this new place & time where we live.
