The Exodus from Egypt was a pivotal point in the history of Israel. These people moved from a slave people to discovering what it meant to be the people of God.  The Exodus was immediate. Getting Egypt out of them took 40 years.

This journey has so many parallels for us both spiritually and for us as East Side people.  We are entering  new territory and a new era as a church.  What can we learn from Israel to be a people who reflect the transforming power of God in our lives and who enter this new era as spiritual conquerors.
